90-Day Improvement Guarantee

If you follow VisiLocali’s recommendations and do not see measurable improvement in your Google Business Profile performance within 90 days, we will provide a personalised optimisation review and action plan at no additional cost.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Recommendations must be substantially implemented
• Account must remain active for the full 90-day period
• A reasonable level of platform usage must be demonstrated

Definition of Improvement:

Improvement is defined as a measurable increase in at least one of the following:

• Average ranking visibility
• Profile impressions or views
• Customer interactions (calls, clicks, directions)

Additional Terms:

• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the 90-day period ending
• Limited to one claim per account
• Limited to one profile
• Selected keywords are appropriate (VisiLocali reserves the right to determine them)
• Selected geographical area is appropriate (VisiLocali reserves the right to determine that)
• Does not apply where performance is impacted by external factors outside of VisiLocali’s control:
  • competition
  • market demand
  • algorithm changes
  • misuse of the platform
  • violating Google’s rules
