Do I have to connect my GBP Account with VisiLocali?

Yes, you must connect your GBP account; otherwise, you cannot manage your Business Profile, such as updating your business information, replying to reviews, and scheduling posts.

Can I post on multiple Google Business Profiles?

No. VisiLocali does not allow you to bulk post the same post on multiple profiles because posts are personalised to each location based on the data collected. Instead, we recommend activating the 52-week Post Plan.

Is there automatic review management?

No. VisiLocali does not automatically reply to reviews or flag reviews that require special attention. For most small businesses, VisiLocali's one-click AI Reply, which prepares a personalised response in seconds, is sufficient. You then approve the review response before publishing and can edit it if you prefer.

How is VisiLocali different to other GBP software?

What access does VisiLocali get?

Access to view and edit your Google Business Profile. Without it, you wouldn't be able to use VisiLocali to update your information, reply to reviews, upload photos, or create posts.

Will I still own my GBP?

Yes. Your Google Business Profile remains yours. Connecting VisiLocali does not transfer ownership of your profile.

Can I still use Google?

Yes. VisiLocali works alongside Google. You can continue managing your Business Profile through Google Search or Maps whenever you want. Changes made through either platform are reflected on your Google Business Profile.

Could this get my GBP suspended?

You manage your profile via VisiLocali through Google's authorised Business Profile integration. Using VisiLocali does not bypass Google's policies or approval processes, so any changes still need to comply with Google's Business Profile guidelines. In Tasks, we share the guidelines, so you can always be sure you're following them.

Does VisiLocali automatically change my GBP?

No. VisiLocali can analyse your profile and recommend improvements, but you remain in control of what gets changed. Review the recommendation first, then choose whether to make and publish the edit.

How does the AI know what I should change?

VisiLocali doesn't analyse your profile in isolation. Are recommendations guaranteed to improve my rankings?

No individual GBP edit can guarantee a ranking increase. How quickly do changes appear on my Google Business Profile?

VisiLocali can submit your changes directly to Google, but Google controls when those changes are approved and displayed.
