VisiLocali is a software platform that helps users analyse and optimise the visibility of local businesses on other platforms, such as Google via Google Business Profiles.

We provide:

Data analysis and insights
Keyword ranking visibility tracking
Recommendations and suggestions
Workflow tools

Important: we provide tools and insights—not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Who Can Use the Service

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be using the Service for business or professional purposes (primarily B2B)
Have the authority to act on behalf of any business you connect

4. Your Account

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login secure
Not share accounts beyond your plan limits

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Credits

Credits are required to use certain features
Credits have no cash value
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

5.2 Expiry

Subscription credits expire after 3 months
Purchased credits expire after 12 months

5.3 Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
Fees are non-refundable
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once access has been granted.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Break any laws or regulations
Violate third-party platform rules
Attempt to manipulate rankings through prohibited practices
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
Use outputs to build a competing product

You must not use VisiLocali to:

Create fake engagement
Misrepresent a business
Spam or mislead users
Circumvent platform rules

Expired credits are automatically removed.

7. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Keyword selection
Business data accuracy
Implementation of recommendations

All outputs, insights, and guarantees depend on the correct selection of keywords and locations.

If you use:

Irrelevant
Misleading
Overly broad
Non-service-related keywords

Any guarantee, performance expectation, or eligibility is void.

8. Third-Party Platforms

VisiLocali depends on third-party platforms, including Google.

We:

Do not control these platforms
Are not responsible for their decisions or changes
Do not guarantee continued access, rankings, or visibility

This includes:

Algorithm changes
Profile suspensions
Data inaccuracies
API limitations

9. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee:

Rankings
Map positions
Calls or leads
Profile performance
Business growth

Results depend on many external factors outside our control.

10. 90-Day Improvement Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Improvement Guarantee, subject to strict conditions.

To qualify, you must:

Select accurate and relevant keywords
Connect the correct business profile
Follow recommendations consistently
Remain compliant with platform rules
Use the Service actively

You will not qualify if:

Keywords are incorrect or misleading
The business is suspended or restricted
You fail to implement recommendations
You breached platform policies

If eligible, we will:

Provide hands-on support
Review your setup
Assist with optimisation

This is a support-based guarantee, not a guaranteed outcome or refund.

11. Data & Accuracy

The Service provides:

Estimates
Automated insights
Third-party data

We do not guarantee that data is:

Accurate
Complete
Up-to-date

Use of the data is at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and content are the property of VisiLocali Ltd.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce the platform
Resell access without permission
Reverse engineer any part of the Service

13. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

Modify features
Perform maintenance
Suspend access if needed

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Breach these Terms
Misuse the platform
Create risk to third parties or us

This includes:

Abuse
Fraud
Chargebacks
Platform policy violations

15. Limitation of Liability
