1. Overview

This Billing & Credits Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and credits work within VisiLocali.

By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to this Policy.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Billing occurs in advance of each billing period

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You are responsible for managing your subscription.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds are provided for unused time

3. Credits System

3.1 What Credits Are

Credits are a prepaid usage system used to access features within the platform.

They:

Have no monetary value
Are not currency or stored value
Cannot be exchanged for cash

3.2 Credit Usage

Each feature consumes a defined number of credits.

We reserve the right to:

Adjust credit costs
Introduce new credit-based features

4. Credit Allocation

4.1 Subscription Credits

Credits included in your subscription:

Are allocated at the start of each billing cycle
Expire after 3 months if unused
Or, if you cancel your subscription plan

4.2 Purchased Credits

Additional credits purchased separately:

Are added to your account upon payment
Expire after 12 months if unused
Or, if you cancel your subscription plan

4.3 Order of Usage

Credits are used in the following order:

Subscription credits
Purchased credits

5. Credit Expiry

Expired credits are automatically removed
Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended
No refunds are given for unused or expired credits

6. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe.

You agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Keep payment details up to date

Failure to process payment may result in:

Suspension of access
Loss of features

7. Refunds

7.1 General Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

7.2 Credit Refunds

Credits are:

Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

We may retry billing
Your access may be limited or suspended
Credits may not be issued until payment is successful

9. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

However:

Changes will not affect the current billing period
Updated pricing applies from the next renewal
Users will be notified by email
